Catherine McDonald is the owner of MCD Consulting, where she provides Lean business consultancy, leadership coaching, and training to organizations seeking external support with process improvement, people development, and strategic planning.

With a focus on how people and teams communicate, collaborate, and continuously improve, Catherine helps businesses introduce practical systems, standardize work, and build a culture of progress that actually sticks.

Over the past eight years, she has worked with more than 100 SMEs across Ireland and the UK, and now concentrates on longer-term partnerships where real transformation can happen.
